The MarketTools ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards program was established in 2005 to recognize outstanding achievement in customer satisfaction. Receiving a MarketTools ACE Award is a distinct honor that demonstrates both rigorous application of customer feedback processes and outstanding performance as measured by those processes. The ACE Award shows the world your organization's effectiveness and success in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
MarketTools CustomerSat customers may apply for MarketTools ACE Awards for their company, business units, or segments of a business. To be eligible for a 2012 MarketTools ACE Award, your organization must have conducted one or more customer satisfaction surveys between October 1, 2010 and September 30, 2011 and complete an online application form for each survey your company would like to submit for consideration.
In addition to the annual MarketTools ACE Awards, MarketTools recognizes achievement in using an enterprise feedback management (EFM) solution to realize measurable business results with the following ACE award categories:
• Best Use of EFM for Voice of the Customer
• Best Use of EFM for Voice of the Employee
• Best Use of EFM for Voice of the Partner
• Best Use of EFM Across the Enterprise
• Best Use of EFM to Drive Overall Business Impact
• Best Use of EFM in the Contact Center
MarketTools CustomerSat customers who complete an online application for the 2012 MarketTools ACE Awards may also submit an application for one or more of the awards listed above. Those companies that qualify for an ACE award based on their online submission form will also qualify for consideration for a “Best Use of EFM” award.
The application deadline for all award submissions is Friday, December 16, 2011. Winners will be notified by Friday, January 31, 2012.
